Old Terry is such a silly boy. I said I was going to do shorter stories to make less work but more title issues? Remember? Well, after two long stretches of severe eye strain where I could hardly see much at all, people coming to work on the roof and now awaiting some internal ceiling work...I tried to catch up with the Werewolf story and far from just starring The Questors.....
Well, a few other characters are involved and I even connect some past werewolf stories to make the plot more intricate (he says).
Yesterday I worked from 1200 to 2100 hours (odd coffee break and cooking dinner) to try to finish the Werewolf story. My eyes about lasted by my osteoarthritic hands were being a nuisance.and there will be some final art corrections needed which is standard anyway but...I got up to page 77 (about 10 pages fully drawn yesterday) so it looks as though the issue will be an 80 pager....I seriously tried to keep the page count down but I throw a lot in if it helps the story.
The volume after has well over 130 pagers -it is fully drawn but needs lettering. Then I have to finish the second part of the Special Globe Guard story for issue 1.....
Any comic artist wannabe artists out there who WILL finish a project for experience and to add to your portfolio let me know!
